Turn on your favorite songs.
Whether you want to dance, stand or do a quick stretch, taking a break from music is a fun way to stay active. It gives you a chance to take a break so you don’t have to sit for hours at a stretch.

Plan your meals as if you were in the office.
To avoid snacking in between meals throughout the day, plan your lunch and snacks and keep them in the kitchen. Take a lunch break like you would at the office and keep your pre-planned meals in the refrigerator or pantry.

Get out in the fresh air.
Walking, biking or running in the fresh air, even if it’s just 10 minutes, is a great way to be active during the day. Try to get out into the fresh air at least twice a week, and practice social distancing while you’re at it.
